I didn’t document the steps in creating this lot, but that’s ok. It’s pretty obvious how I got from here…
…to here.
It was still lacking a little something, though. Sim Kristina hasn’t been around for a while, so maybe I can steal one of her ideas and not give her credit.
And so I present - the building you can see from outer space.
Yep, I’m blaming Sim Kristina for that. She made a building that looked like gift boxes, and I made a building that looked like gift boxes. Do the math. Then pretend you believe me anyway.
When you download this building…yes, of course it’s downloadable. A treasure like this must be shared with the world.
Anyway, when you download this building, be aware it only has one door. It also doesn’t have any windows, aside from that pointy display thing on the front.
Of course, you’ll probably add windows in the “ribbon” area, where they blend in. Weirdo.
Hey, it’s the pastel Scandinavian flag convention.
That stray fence is supposed to keep sims from getting into a traffic jam. In practice all your sims from all 18 of your neighborhoods will end up at the end of that tiny area, yelling and waving their arms.
This is the odd shaped second floor. I recommend using Targa’s Ascension Squared instead of stairs, which will just clutter up the beautiful lines of this space.
