Notes: you know, when I want to write PWP it turns into a plot that causally has a lemon or two in it. . . sigh. . . but this is one of the strangest x-overs I have ever written. . . strike, the only x-over I have written and I like it.

Warnings: lemon, NC sex, yaoi, some angst and gore
Rating: most likely R to NC-17
Pairings: Xellos x Wufei ; mentions of Xel x Zel through out the piece and hints at 5x2

Bullets pinged against the metal wall nearest his head as he rounded corners, hoping to escape. Somewhere along the way, the mission went from dismal to impossibly unpromising. His lungs were pounding from lack of real air and he was going to be dead and very soon. It was hard running in those damned space pilot suits the doctors made them wear. . . Noticing a break in their lines he slipped into the seemingly empty corridor and pushed himself to full speed in a desperate sprint.

It seemed strange, nobody seemed to be following him. . . He could not have just lost them. . . Then the sickening thud was heard and he flipped around to see the airlock slam shut. Black eyes widened impossibly. Dear gods. . . They were either going to just let him suffocate to death or release him into space where he would suffocate while feel like he was dying in a vacuum. Shit. . . Desperate eyes frantically searched for any and all possible exits. . . Nope, he had fallen hook line and sinker, as they say, for the trick.

He bit his lip, just to keep from crying. Slamming back against the harsh, cold wall he slowly sank to the floor, awaiting his fate. He didn't even want to start berating himself to how it was such an in-honorable a way to die.

~~~~~~
"General?" a soldier saluted and waited for permission to continue.
"Yes?" came the elegant reply from the darkened area of the room.
"We have the pilot 05 cornered and trapped in the airlock in section 12. Your orders , sir?"
"Hmmm. . ." the man drawled, obviously mulling over a few thoughts. He watched the soldier waiting, slightly impatient, but that was to be expected. A Gundam pilot being captured was something to be nervous and excited about.
After another few long moments, the general replied in his velvety tone, "Very well. I want you to get a crew and bring him to me."
"Yes sir!" the boy saluted and exited the room.
A gloved hand reached for the half filled wine and glass on his desk. "Yes, indeed. A Gundam pilot is not easily caught. . . But this one was either very careless. . ." he paused and took a sip from the crystal glass. "Very careless, or perhaps something else. . ."
He absently wondered if it was the same pilot that had attacked his men and ship before. If it was, he definitely wanted to see this pilot. Any person who got past his defenses deserved to be praised. After all, not many ever lived through his defenses, and it had been one wrong turn that rendered the pilot hapless. There was no doubt in his mind that the one wrong turn into the airlock was the only reason this ship was still standing. . . But he would rather be safe than sorry. Pressing the intercom to the main deck he opened the channel, "Commander? Yes, I want a thorough investigation for any bombs and detonators on this ship. Thank you." And released the button.
Leaning back in his chair, he watched with hungry eyes the large door to his office. Merely waiting with a slight bit of anticipation.
His patience was rewarded. Four soldiers pushed a rather unruly child into the room, who by the looks of it was ready to tear them apart, if his hands had not bound in front of him. "Thank you. Leave us." He requested of his men.
With a salute they closed the doors and left him alone with the pilot. . . The child. A rare smile greeted his lips, this boy reminded him of two very special people whom he used to travel with oh so long ago. Some of his favorites, looking back on it now. A fiery, red head with a temper unparalleled. And a sullen, grumpy boy with a curse.
But even they learned not to mess with him. . . The girl learned with her dying breath, choking on her own blood and intestines. A small smile really broke on his face in that memory. He never expected to get such a. . . feast from that one. And possible his absolute favourite, the sullen chimera. The boy's fate was crueler. . . Well, at least from that certain boy's perspective, that he was sure of. He rather thought the chimera got the. . . better end of the deal. Shaking loose the old memories of so long ago, he placed his glass with a gentle tap on his desk, and stood up. Moving with the grace of a cat, he walked towards the pilot.
Wufei glared about, and focused in the direction of the darkness when he heard a glass resound with its placement upon a desk. The owner of the voice was moving towards him, how he knew, he could only guess, for the general made no noise on the carpet. That began to make him nervous. It took a lot of skill that many of the Oz officers did not simply have. This man was good, possibly too good, and that put him on edge. So, he pulled the reign on his mask tighter and sensed out, hunting the dark for the General.
The room was dark and poorly lit. How anyone could move with such ease escaped Wufei. He merely glared into the darkness and awaited to see his captor.
The general mused while walking towards the boy. Something seemed, well, familiar about the child. Not just the fact that he knew this was the same boy who had attacked his ship before, but something more. . . intangible, as the case may be. "Valliant effort, my child. I am quite certain you are quite embarrassed about your slight miscalculation, ne?"
Wufei frowned, the velvet voice rushed about him, yet he could not pinpoint its general location. "Hn."
A rich chuckle drifted from the general and reverberated about the room. "Yes, you really do share his traits don't you? I wonder if you have his obsessions as well. That would be. . . delicious, child."
That taunting voice sent shivers down his spine. Who was this man? "What do you want?" he gritted out, black eyes still searching for the voice's source.
Another rich chuckle. The general stepped into the low golden hue of the room. The orange yellow light playing with the shadows on his form, revealing only a few parts at a time. Wufei shrank back unconsciously from the man. The General screamed of power, sending Wufei's senses to alertment. It took all of his control not to yelp at the surprise of not only that the general stepped into the light, but he had not even realized how close the man had been.
The light played upon the man's features, but it became clear that the tall man had vibrant plum hair, shaping his face in a rather playful cut, bangs obscuring his eyes, and the rest feathering over broad, strong shoulders. However, the man unnaturally avoided letting any light fall upon his eyes. Eyes which Wufei could swear were closed yet still intensely focused upon him.
"Allow me to introduce myself." The man said with a cheeky grin and a mock bow. "This is my ship, the Juu-oh, which you have most graciously attempted to destroy for the second time, and I am General Metallium."
Wufei swallowed. Even Trieze had never had this power to render him absolutely still in sheer terror. An aura of pure and ancient evil swirled about the man.
And he just merely introduced himself. . .
"But please, call me Xellos. And you are?" he asked lifting the boy's chin to meet those defiant black orbs to his face.
When the boy merely snorted and held his glare, Xellos smiled, drinking in the boy's terror. Taking this moment to open his eyes. After all, he was dying to see the child's reaction.
Black eyes widened impossibly, and Wufei tried to shrink back when those eyes opened. Sharp, violet eyes, so cold and evil. Slit and malicious. He couldn't stop his body from trembling. Gloved fingers tightened on his chin and he decided that perhaps he should answer the man's question, for those violet orbs promised severe pain if they were not complied with.
"Wufei. . ." he whispered, almost before he realized he had replied to the man's question.
"That's a start." Xellos replied. He was searching for something, there was more to this boy than just good training. . . The boy had sensed him, even with all the careful wards he had placed around his being, and that was special.. Very special. "Just Wufei, child?"
Wufei swallowed. "Chang Wufei."
His face opened into a pleased smile. He understood now, and gods he was thrilled. "The Dragon clan of the former L5 Colony? How absolutely. . . splendid."
Wufei blinked and shifted his eyes away fro the burning violet eyes, the man was chuckling at some personal joke.
He quickly quelled his laughter. "Sorry, my dear boy. Just a personal . . .moment, my little Dragon." He found it terribly amusing that that was name the clan had come to be known by. He wished he could have seen Milgazia's face upon hearing that name associated, well with that clan. Secrets of his were secrets well kept.
The Chinese boy's eyes flared up in anger. Was the man mocking the fate of his Colony? Wufei growled in warning, black eyes glaring down violet ones.
"Yare, yare. You are too much like him, Wufei-kun. So obsessed, can't take a joke. . . so tense." Xellos purred. And it was true. This Chinese pilot reminded him so much of his long dead lover from so long ago. The boy didn't really resemble his Zelgadiss much, but those mannerisms, so close.
"The death of an entire Colony is some sort of joke?!" the bronze skinned boy hissed, his anger flaming up, wanting to strike out.
Xellos merely smiled. He tightened his fingers on the boy's chin, forcing it painfully upwards to a better angle to examine the boy's face. His other hand reached around to loosen that painful looking ponytail. "I think we got off the subject."
"Wha. . .What are you doing?" the boy asked as he felt his hair feather around past his shoulders.
"Very pretty..." he mused silently and sharpened his gaze, bearing down on the poor pilot. "What were you doing on my ship?"
"What do you think, kisama?" Wufei spat back. He was sick of this man's games! He would make this General pay for mocking him and his Colony!
"Tsk-tsk! Such language!" Xellos giggled and brushed his fingers through the black silky mane surround the boy's head. If not for the colour and the lack of bangs, the child would have born an uncanny resemblance to him. Well, in a manner. The black eyes were quite strange. . . He turned his head to the side and narrowed his eyes, as if scanning the boy for something.
"Kisama. . ." Wufei growled and attempted to struggle.
Xellos, getting slightly annoyed with the child, gripped the boy tighter, one hand clenching the boy's arm and the other painful tangled into those silky tresses.
Tears swelled in reaction to his pain, curling up in the corner of those large, slanted eyes. "What do you want?" Wufei hissed out through the pain.
"You are a pure descendent of the Chang clan, child?" Xellos asked, his tone rich and soft, but promising more than pain if Wufei didn't cooperate. It was time to set this game into motion, if his assumptions were correct.
"Hai. . ." the raven haired boy whispered in reply.
"How pure?" Xellos pushed, hoping to satisfy his curiosity, and hoping his thoughts were right.
"I. . .I don't understand. . ." Wufei murmured, confused. His senses seemed to be dulling and his head was pounding from the unnaturally tight grip the man held on his hair.
The taller man sighed, "You held a position, yes? You are a pilot of the Gundam, ne?" He asked as if explaining it to a dimwitted child.
Wufei blinked and scowled at the depreciating tone the man was using with him. "I was to lead my clan. . . if they had not been destroyed by Oz. . . by you. And I fight for just-" The last words fueled his anger, but he made no move in the general's secure grip. He did, however, cut the last word short when he saw something flicker in those ancient orbs. Pressing his luck against the General did not seem to be among his choices on his list at the moment.
Suddenly a brilliant smile illuminated upon Xellos's lips and he released his hold on the boy. Wufei stumbled back and tripped, falling on his bottom upon the carpet. Blinking with some shock, surprise, and slight embarrassment he glanced up.
"Maa, maa. . . Careful." Xellos coyly teased as he crouched down into the boy's field of vision.
Squirming slightly under the gaze, Wufei turned his eyes to focus on the cuffs. Xellos's grin widened and pulled the key from midair. A simple trick for him, but the boy stared in shock and some intrigue. Xellos stood and with merely a thought the lights in the room brightened until his office and bookshelves were at least visible to mortal eyes.
"Aren't you afraid I will escape?" Wufei asked carefully, merely standing, but not daring to move from the spot in which he had fallen a moment ago.
Another rare real smile graced Xellos's face and he merely shrugged. "I doubt you could." And if to prove his point teleported from his position by the desk to behind the boy.
Wufei spun on his heels at the almost unheard sound of the air behind him parting open for a mere moment. "How-?"
Xellos narrowed his slit eyes. "Interesting. . . you actually sensed it. . . Good." And proceed to pull a silver goblet from the air and handed it off to the perplexed child. "Hold this." And he produced another, seemingly out of nothing. "And this."
Wufei gaped at the man. Not only had the general moved from half way across the room to behind him faster than he could blink, but proceed to keep producing objects from nothing. "But. . ." It was becoming too much for his logical mind to handle.
Xellos grinned with cat-like charm. A flip of his hand he pulled out a flask, one of his favorite years, and popped it open. Watching the boy carefully for his reaction as he poured the rich, crimson liquid into the goblets. "Yes, Wufei-kun?"
"You. . . It just. . ." the boy stammered.
With another thought, Xellos teleported them next to his bed, which happened to be on the other side of the ship. Settling the flask on the night table, Xellos took one of the glasses from the muddled boy. Teleports usually did that and more to poor unsuspecting humans. Luckily for him, the child seemed just slightly ill focused for a mere few seconds. He liked being right.
"Wha?! What. . . But. . ." those black eyes blinked rapidly trying to understand rationally what just happened. "Where am I?"
"Here." Xellos replied.
Wufei scowled, some of his unprecedented charm returning. "I can see that. Where on the ship?"
"Surely," the general thought to himself, "the bed and the dcor of the room would have given it away. . ." Xellos shrugged in his reply. "It doesn't matter. Have a drink and relax, child."
"I don't trust you." Wufei replied, looking down at the goblet in his fingers. The liquid seemed almost alive, dancing and tempting. But right now, he didn't trust himself either. He was never this forthcoming with any information, nor this jumpy yet relaxed around his enemies.
"Good boy." The violet eyed man grinned and lifted his glass to his lips. Wufei watched as Xellos sipped the wine like substance a few times. "See? I'm fine! Why would I choose now to poison you, child?"
"I am not a child." Came the indignant reply. Wufei frowned at the wine, and cautiously took a sip. Xellos watched carefully, waiting for any reaction. . .
Black eyes widened slightly as they were hit with a euphoric taste. He had never tasted anything quite like it, and if it was poisoned, well he would at least go with the wonderful taste of it in his mouth.
"Good?" Xellos asked.
Wufei nodded and took another sip. It was more than good, it was heavenly. Watching the effects, slip over the boy, Xellos narrowed his eyes and the liquid refilled itself in the boy's cup. He was glad his assumptions had been correct. If the boy hadn't been what he was, he would have died like any other mortal by now. Giving the cutely coined phrase, drop-dead another new context. The grin widened and he refilled the boy's cup yet again with a thought.
"Yes, it is wonderful isn't it? Most people would have never been able to handle it, unlike us." Xellos purred downing the rest of his glass.
Wufei cocked his head to the side, a mannerism quite unusual for him, but Xellos found it rather endearing. After all, the motion reminded him of his own mannerisms. The curtain of shoulder length black hair sweeping with the motion. "Why is that?"
Xellos chuckled and took the empty glass from the boy. Leaning close, he let his hushed words rush over the boy's ear. "Humans can't handle the brew, only we select few can. We are of a race that has endured longer than many would have ever expected, or possibly would have liked. But that wasn't your question was it?"
Wufei tried to back up, he was trembling with newfound fear. "You're crazy. . ." Two hands clamped down on those bronze shoulders. "Leaving so soon? But I wasn't done yet, child."
Pulling roughly, Wufei started shivering, he couldn't move in this man's grip. . . It was too strong. . . "What was in that drink. . .?" he whispered in terror. His mind was slowly twisting. . . his body feeling rather strange, and things weren't right.
Placing his lips against golden ears, Xellos purred, "Human blood mixed with a healthy dose of dragon's blood. And, well a favorite blend of poisons, and some special majik. The poisons would have killed any mere mortal, the dragon's blood combined with that of humans merely covers not only the foul smell but the after taste. Simply wonderful, ne? But we are much more than we seem, ne little one?" The man's words, purring through his conscious. . . Wufei began shaking. "Ma. . .Masaka. . ." he gasped. He shouldn't even still be standing. . . The poison surely had already taken its toll. . .
Xellos nibbled on the lobe of the ear, licking the child's neck. "Quite the opposite, child." He wasn't going to mention the other small detail that was actually the cause of the effects happening to the boy. After all, that would spoil the surprise. . . And it didn't matter anyways, what was done, was done. . . It wasn't going to change, nor stop his plans. And oh did he have plans for this one.
The shaking was fast becoming uncontrollable. Wufei felt like his lungs were collapsing, gasping for air. The world exploding into too many shapes and colours to comprehend. "Wha. . .What is happening to me? What are you. . . What. . .?" the boy gasped, so terribly afraid.
Xellos tightened his grip, holding the boy close. "Something you will thank me for later, child. It hurts, but pain, as you will come to learn, can be quite pleasing. . ."
"What are you?" Black eyes asked in panic.
"A mazoku." Xellos replied with a cheeky smile, tightening his grip and slowly pulling them toward the soft bed. Everything was going to his plan now. "But. . . but. . ." Wufei shook. They were things of legends. . . Stories to frighten children.
"No denying what we are." He replied and gently guided the boy onto the silken sheets.
Wufei shook uncontrollably. The world heightening itself somehow, too quickly. . . His senses set afire by the liquid scouring through his veins. Things moving and breathing, and going from blindingly bright to suddenly sharp then disappearing into a haze of grays.
Xellos held him till the change had subsided. Running fingers soothingly through the boy's hair. How much was this like his chimera and his first night? Denials. . . Callous names. . . But the chimera submitted to him, and this child wasn't half the stubborn prick his Zelgadiss was. Xellos grinned. Then again, this child's changes were to serve another purpose. His purpose.
Wufei slowly steadied himself. His voice cracked as he whispered out, "What did you do to me?"
"Freed you." Came the calm and simple response.
"I don't understand. . ." the child replied.
"You will soon. . ." And then Xellos turned to other devices, something to alleviate the child's pain.
Wufei gasped as the General's fingers began lifting his clothes away from his body. He couldn't even protest. Soft moans filled the air as the duel feel of Xellos and the cool silk attacked his senses, thwarting any attempt for him to understand what was happening.
Pressing his lips against the boy's smooth skin, he nibbled on the boy's collar bone. Fingers worked their way from narrow hips to the child's chest. Deftly tracing over every sensitive spot along their route. A sheen of sweat formed on that radiant bronze chest as his tongue fastened onto one tan nipple.
Wufei moaned and under the influence of something more than his normal senses he let his wrapped his arms affectionately around the taller man. Xellos chuckled, and the boy smiled as he had never smiled before...
Nuzzling the boy's loose tresses with a smooth cheek, he let his fingers wander down the boy's chest lower and lower. The golden boy purred in delight when strong hands and nimble fingers began rubbing small teasing circles about his inner thigh. Sliding his fingers in a dance from the boy's hardening member up to the narrow, bony hips. Wufei mewed and nails pressed hard into the man's back.
Fingers wrapped themselves around the boy's hardening member and slowly began to stroke the child. "Mmmmm. . .." Wufei purred and pressed his lips to the man's. Xellos smiled against the rosebud lips and slowly pushed his tongue into the boy. Delving into the boy's mouth, sensing out and tasting the boy. Cinnamon and tea. He smiled slightly against that mouth, the boy was too perfect.
Xellos ended the kiss with a sharp nip of teeth on Wufei's lower lip. The boy merely giggled, a high velvet tone, much like his. Reaching up, Wufei took the General's fingers, kissing them one by one. Pressing butterfly kisses to gloved hands. Looking for a permissive nod, which was given, Wufei slowly removed the gloves. Grinning with a childlike glee, he placed the ivory hands on his chest and moved up, sucking on the hollow of the man's neck.
Grinning like a cat, Xellos purred and removed his garments with the next thought. Moving his lean, longer body against the smaller boy below him. Golden bronze covered by his ivory white. A perfect little creature, with so much to learn and give. Not merely any toy, not even just his toy, but a wonderful creature that would bring such new heights to his and his master's plans.
"Wufei." Xellos purred drawing the boy's attention upwards for the moment. "Hmmm?" Wufei asked, blinking up.
"I want to show you something. You trust me?" he asked, violet orbs blank for the moment.
Wufei mused for a moment. "No. . ."
Xellos's grin erupted into something more. "Good. But you are loyal, ne?"
An eager nod met his question. Unhesitant eyes replaced the terror filled ones from before.
Looming over the child, he pressed the boy under him, rubbing his hips harshly against the narrower bronze ones. Delightfully, the bronze boy giggled with delight and pressed his hips upwards, meeting Xellos's. Fingers exploring the older man.
Xellos positioned the boy, shifting him slightly, pulling those muscularly lean legs over his hips. He carefully inserted a moistened finger into the child. Wufei purred with delight and wrapped his slender fingers into the man's silky tresses.
Searching around, Xellos pressed a second finger in hoping to press the nerve ending soon. The Chinese boy nibbled along his throat, moving up to latch onto an earlobe. The man leaned forward and pressed a soft kiss against the boy's raven hair. Leaning forward, he pressed his fingers in, twisting and turning them. Stretching the child and preparing him.
Wufei felt his body set afire. Raging fires rushing through his veins, cleansing heat. Fingers probing deep inside his body, touching just there and clouding his vision with hazy brilliant white stars.
Xellos carefully slid into the child, delighted with the squirms and look of sheer ecstasy crossing the features. Once fully in, he waited for the child to feel at ease. He was not kept long when a purr of rapture left the boy and narrow bronze hips rolled against his own. Taking the cue, the General slowly pulled in and out of the boy, delicately, extending the sense of pleasure and pain.
Colours danced before his eyes as the taller man gently hit his spot. With glee, Wufei suckled the man's pink nipples, his nibbles earning him a delightful growl from the man. "Harder. . ." Wufei whispered, wanting more pain that mere pleasure.
"Are you sure, child?" Xellos teased, moving a slightest bit faster. Beautiful orbs begged him, "Hai, Xellos-sama. . . " the boy whispered, head falling back as Xellos's thrusts grew harder and faster.
The child was practically glowing with the sweet sheen of sweat forming on that perfectly formed bronze body. His body knew its blood's heritage, even if the child didn't. It was craving pain and fear after living so long without it. . . The boy was opening his senses to him. With a smirk, Xellos rose to meet the boy's demands. He thrusted in with more force, watching the twists of slight pain that formed on the child's face. Surging faster and harder with each thrust till he finally hit his orgasm and released into the boy.
Thrusts were becoming deeper and harder with each passing moment. His member throbbed and begged for release. Wufei released with an outright cry lying somewhere between pain and pleasure before the General released. But soon following him, was the taller man, fluid releasing deep within him.
Not bothering to give the child a moment's relief, Xellos started moving again. Pumping the child's own with his skilled fingers, working up that length, and easily arousing the child once more. Wufei bit his lip against a loud moan. . . Easily he grew hard once again, squirming and bucking himself towards that hand. The mazoku's own hardness pressed against his belly, rubbing itself mercilessly up and down.
"Xellos-sama!!" The black haired boy cried out in frustration. He was so hard again. . . Seeking any release he arched up to press himself into that caressing touch.
Strong arms wrapped around his waist, a with an easy movement, flipped him over. His face hit the soft cool silk of the sheets. Fingers grasped the silken cold for support. Managing to pull himself up on his knees and arms to feel Xellos probing him once again. Fingers teasing his own hardness, teeth clamping down on his shoulder. One ivory hand gently slid up to tease his nipples with a harsh twist.
Crying out, Wufei bucked back. He wanted a release! A dark chuckle befell his ear and a hummed whisper replied, "So impatient. . ."
Xellos thrusted in to the child harshly, ignoring the groan and shout of pain that slipped from the boy's lips. Plunging in and out, harshly and driving the boy to screams of pleasure mixed with pain.
The boy came again with a stream of hot whiteness into his palm. He delivered himself into the child again, the withering insistence forcing him to do so before he wanted to. He rolled off the boy, but leaned over to press a deep tongue enhanced kiss on the boy's panting lips.
A cheeky smile crossed the boy's features, dipping down he planted his teeth and tongue on the sensitive nubs of the mazoku. Slowly sucking them, bronze digits sliding down and brushing themselves just above sensitive areas.
Dropping his head, Wufei's lips brushed against the inside of Xellos's thigh. His tongue peeking out now and then, sending simple shivers through the older man. Xellos purred in delight a fingers massaged his sensitive skin and the boy pressed those delicate rosebud lips to his hardening member.
Those same lips moved gently, slowly taking in the man's throbbing desire. Wufei took his time enclosing the man in his mouth and then delicately releasing it. Those strong hands held his head, fingers roughly entangled in his raven strands of hair. A soft moan purred from the mazoku's lips with delight as the Chinese boy took him into his mouth again.
Running his tongue along the underside of Xellos's member, Wufei began sucking Xellos as if he was no more than some candied treat, pushed onward by the moans he was extracting from the violet haired man. Letting the hotness drop from his warm mouth, the Chinese youth pressed small butterfly kisses and teasing licks at the tip.
Taking the man into his mouth, Wufei sucked and nibbled till sweet, sweet liquid released into his mouth. Lapping it all up, greedily as a child would eat candy. "So beautiful and talented. . ." Xellos praised brushing matted hairs from the boy's face. "Not one drop spilled. . ."
Almond shaped eyes fluttered as Xellos held him close. Lean fingers stroking the raven tressed mane that feathered along the child's shoulders. Tilting his head slightly, he wondered if the boy would be apposed to gaining a haircut that included wisps of bangs. He thought it would look remarkably playful on the boy, rather than that horribly tight tail that the hair was probably bound in usually. The boy's breathing was slowly steadying and the shivering had decreased.
The child was changing. . . Xellos considered himself lucky for finding Chang Wufei before the child was too old for this change. Looking back, it was probably that small factor that rendered his chimeric concubine insane over the years. But, Zelgadiss was long gone. Gone before the days of technology and science. Long before the rise and fall of the empires and kingdoms. . . He would have liked to think his Zelgadiss would have done marvels with the present science. The chimera boy always did have the damnedest curiosity when it came to reason and technology. But the past was the past, and things could not be undone now. He felt his age at moments like these. . . If it was to be put in mortal terms, he would have acquainted it with a father and child.
He chuckled slightly at that thought. It was rather ironic that he would have ever had this opportunity. Had it been any of the other pilots, with the exception of the one calling himself death, he would have out right killed them. Oz was too soft in many aspects, but he wasn't going to think about the restrictions this assignment rendered him. Instead, he turned to study the child in his arms. A beautiful babe in the beginnings of his puberty, unsure of himself, and highly unsure of his path.
Xellos knew all about the Chang clan, the self called dragon clan of the L5 cluster. He knew them intimately. It had been a pity that they all met such an untimely death, but it was far from his concerns. After all, the clans purpose was used up long ago, or so he thought. Recent years it had been an area of mere amusement for him. Nothing more and nothing less. But had he know that a child like this could have still been born. . .
Peeking into the boy's mind, he gained images of the war, the other pilots, and the recently destroyed L5 Colony itself. Flickering images of loneliness, suffering, and pain. Goodness, the boy was certainly taking after his chimera's mannerisms. Zelgadiss had such the temperament at times, depressions that could self feed an army of mazoku. . .
The child stirred, head bobbing up slightly, trying to decide where he was. "Feeling better, Wufei-kun?" Xellos asked softly, pressing his lips next to the curve of the boy's ear.
Rapidly blinking, Wufei felt his stomach drop. Images taunted him, swirling with their mocking voices. "Nataku. . ."
A rich laugh released him from his pain. "Child, you are fine. . ."
"I don't feel fine." Wufei pouted back, eyes looking heatily at the older man.
"Well, everyone is a bit queasy after their crossover, but give it a few moments and you'll be completely fine. Up, up." Xellos grinned and patted the bronze cheek of the boy's bottom, pushing him into a stand.
Wufei's cheeks flowered in a blossoming blush.
Ruffling the raven mane, he maneuvered the boy across the room to his mirror. Admiring the changes, while drooping his pale arms around those lean shoulders, his cheek pressed gently to the top of the boy's head.
Blinking rapidly, Wufei stammered, pressing back from the image in the mirror. It wasn't possible. . . But with the inner urgings of curiosity bubbling from realms unknown, he cautiously pressed a hand forward to the reflection. It was him. . . Nothing notable of physical change except for the slit black eyes trimmed with violets. That and the uncanny likeness to the man holding him close. But his sensatory perceptions felt over invariably off. Too crisp and too sensitive for him. "How-?"
"Would you like to know, little one?" Xellos asked sweetly. The child was reacting better than he had planned. He had expected, ne, counted on fits of hysteria. Need less to say, his thoughts were ill founded.
A clumsy nod came from Wufei. "The mirror. . . its. . ."
"Later. . . A story first." Xellos cooed and teleported them back to the bed. Holding the boy like one would their own child he began. "We're special, child. You are very special. As I said before I am a mazoku. Thousands upon thousands of years ago I decided to make a theory into an experiment. I found the perfect person to carry this experiment out. A pretty cursed little boy. Zelgadiss, as exotic as his name sounds. A pretty chimera, but I digress. . . To move this along, I changed this chimera, I mated this pretty little chimera and he had a child. This child I mated to a dragon and that grew into what is. . .or was as the case may be, the Dragon Clan. Oh, it didn't always have that ironic name. No, it had long been whispered as the Clan of the Damned."
Large black violet slits blinked. "Nanda?"
A dark chuckle, "Sounds impossible, doesn't it? Maa, maa. But believe me, this little experiment of mine was quite the success it seems. My little clan has survived thousands and thousands of years, while so many others have long perished. Even my Mistress never expected it to last so long. . . I do find it amusing that my little clan as the case maybe came to be called the Dragon clan. . ." Xellos mused.
"Why? It has been called the Dragon clan since before the mighty emperors of China came to power. . ." Wufei asked, eyebrows furrowing in deep thought. These were barely remembered lessons he had not thought about in years. . .
"So smart. . . " Xellos praised delighted with the slight flush of pink that arouse upon those bronze cheeks with the compliment.
"But. . . The mirror. . . " Wufei asked, fumbling slightly.
"I told you. We are special." The general grinned.
Realization slowly captured Wufei's muddled mind. "Demo. . . "
"Hm?" Xellos asked with a quirk of his eyebrow.
"That means. . . " Wufei slowly thought through the General's vague implications.
Xellos's grin was completely evil with a cat who caught the canary look to it growing by the second.
"Masaka. . ." Wufei shook his head.
"I believe the word is Mazoku, not masaka, Wufei-kun." Xellos ferally grinned.
That made Wufei stand up in shock and looking at the purple haired man. "MAZOKU?!"
"Maa, maa. No need to shout, Wufei-kun. We have acute hearing, you know." Xellos laughed, pulling himself up off the bed as well.
"A mazoku?!" Wufei had obviously not gotten past that moot point yet.
"You must be starving, little one. I suggest we go and eat. After all, we have much to discuss, and I have much more to teach before this humble night is over." Xellos replied to the dumb struck boy. He placed his hands on those tiny shoulders and led the child to the door.
"Clothes!!" Wufei yelped before Xellos opened the door.
Xellos blinked. Whoops. Chuckling he merely waved his hand and clothes appeared on them both. "Better? Not an exhibitionist I take it, Wufei-kun?"
"No." Wufei muttered out in embarrassment. "Where are we going? I'm a prisoner, remember?"
"Well, we'll have to go there another way." Xellos grinned.
Wufei looked up. "What do you want with me?"
"Hm?" The Violet haired man asked, looking down at the small Chinese boy with slight curiosity. He should have expected this question sooner or later. After all, this child wouldn't just drop his beliefs for nothing.
"What do you want with me? Why me?" Wufei asked again.
"Why not?" came the answer.
Wufei paused and thought his next thought out first. Whatever this man wanted from him, he doubted he could really sway. He had surprised himself with being so accepting and he still wasn't sure why he was being so complacent. It wasn't like him. But it was obvious with his vision already different and his other senses following, he would need this man, ne, daemon to help him. Obviously there was more to his clan's history than he had ever known. . . "I am not joining Oz."
Xellos cocked an eyebrow. He was intrigued with this one now. "Go on." Taking a breath to cool his nerves he answered. "I am a Gundam pilot. Nothing you do will change that."
"Your reasons for fighting are moot, child. You are more than mortal. Ties to human affairs no longer should concern you. Mazoku are in this war to further their cause. I do not think being a Gundam pilot and saving the Colonies fits into my Master's plans, child." Xellos replied steadily. Actually, the mazoku cared little about the outcome of this human war. Their goals merely lied in corrupting and infiltrating the powers at the end of the war. Positions of power to move agendas better to their liking. The Romefeller Foundation tended to be a personal favourite by his master, due to the little power needed to sway those humans greed.
Intelligence caught the underlying challenge in the General's words. The Chinese boy tilted his head slightly and replied steadily. "There is more to it than that, otherwise different moves would have already been made. Winning wars and battles matter little, it is who has control at the end that truly matters.
People side in wars because they hope the side they chose will win and that they would gain a better life from it. I am a Gundam pilot. I fight for the Colonies. And we will win, and nothing Oz nor the Federation, and not even White Fang can do to change that. "
Xellos had to fight the urge to grin. So smart, so invariably intelligent. What a find for him. . . How wonderfully well this child would serve him and his master. "I got a different story from your thoughts."
Wufei flushed. "What were you doing in my mind?"
"Answer the question. What do you fight for?"
"I. . ." What did he fight for? It was so confusing now a days. . .Then he just answered, "I fight, because I refuse to let my friends down." Friends? Well, he supposed he considered them friends. . . After all, they were his only family. . .
Violet orbs narrowed at those thoughts. "Lonely?" He murmured in his own thoughts. He could sense it, fairly easily. The child exhumed guilt, sadness, remorse, and loneliness. But how to work that into his master's plans. . . Clapping his hands around the boy in an almost hug, Xellos dipped his head, laying it softly against the boy and whispered, "You have a family now, Wufei-kun. . ." He paused feeling the child tense in his arms. Allowing a sweet smile to cross his lips, one that was gentle and not rarely seen, it was a real genuine caring smile. He whispered softly. "But perhaps they could be handy."
"I am not following." Wufei replied with no emotion found in his voice.
"Wufei-kun. Everybody uses someone for another purpose. Haven't you been used for most of your life?" Xellos haphazardly pulled images from the boy's memory. "Taken from your parents. . . Isolated. . . A bad marriage. . ." He paused to make sure he was getting to the boy. The emotions swirling heavily from the child were an intoxicating mix of negativity. "Even your friends use you, child. . . You know you are a better pilot but you continually-"
"Yamatte!" Wufei cut him off harshly. He slipped down to the floor, gasping harshly to keep from crying. "Yamatte yo. . ."
With a deep chuckle, Xellos continued. "If they are your friends child, then why do they ignore your pain?"
". . ." Wufei didn't answer that.
"If they were your friends child, they would see your pain. . ." He pushed.
". . .They have their own problems. . .Xellos-sama. . ." The bronze toned boy managed.
"We all have our secrets and problems, Wufei-kun. But did it occur to you that perhaps you are too good at hiding yours?" Xellos asked softly, fingers massaging the tension from the child.
"We all have our masks. . ." the boy replied sullenly.
"That we do. That we do. But I have a deal for you, and I think you will find rather generous, Wufei-kun." Xellos began.
Wufei paused for a long moment. Something had changed in him. . . Something he wasn't quite sure about, or if he even fully understood it. The General. . . Xellos was offering him a sanctity of sorts. . . After all, he doubted Xellos could easily die and right now, he wanted that security. . . Wanted it more than anything anymore.
Sensing he had captured the child's curiosity and interest, he began. "I ask nothing except that I am allowed to teach you, little one. Tonight before I let you escape, I will teach you what you need to know about yourself. Then every night we are able to, I will come to you and teach you, child. Spells, majik, knowledge long lost to man. Wouldn't it feel wonderful to smell the paper of ancient books once again, Wufei-kun?"
It would. He wanted it so badly, but he barely knew what he was agreeing to. . . "Demo. . ."
Pressing his lips to the child's, he silenced the boy in a sweet kiss. "There is a boy you want isn't there, my Wufei?"
Unbidden images flickered in his mind of tantalizing violet orbs and chestnut tresses. Tempting flesh across a bed. . . Wufei licked his lip and cast his eyes away from Xellos's knowing eyes.
A velvet chuckle tickled his ear. "I can see why you would want that one. A thing for wild eyes? Must run in the family, ne?"
"Xellos-sama!" Wufei blushed a brilliant red.
"Why deny it, child? You want him, I can see why. . ."
"Ano. . ." Thoughts of a certain blue eyed, brown trussed haired boy flickered up before Wufei could suppress it.
Leaning closer, the violet haired man purred softy, "What if I could offer you a way to get what you want. . ."
He knew he shouldn't but oh it was so tempting. . . So wonderfully tempting. . . "You could teach me about what I am. . . And how to get what. . . What I desire?"
"Easily, after all masks and deceit should come easily to any of my line." Xellos grinned proudly. "You have a few masks you have perfected now. . . And I will teach you many more, little one. Your violet eyed, chestnut tressed desire will come to you, child. You need not go after him, I can help you. . .Make you so desirable that he could think of nothing else. . .but you. Using your mind and body in such ways that you will be on his every thought. You're a mazoku now child. . . A Metallium now."
"But. . ."
All his protests were lost when the older man's lips touched his. . . A forbidden fruit was being handed to him. . . The beautiful man's tongue dancing in his mouth, awakening a lust in him he could not have imagined. . . His soul tried vainly his last hope of redemption. . ."You will be damned. . ." it whispered. But to have his desires. . . To have that freedom. . . And oh did he want more. . . But. . . He couldn't do that to his friends. . . It would be better to be alone and lonely than. . . than. . .
Nibbling that rosebud lip once more before pulling away, Xellos's rich velvety tone grew slightly husky. "When so many are lonely, it would be selfish to be lonely alone. . ." And Wufei nodded, leaning forward to catch Xellos's mouth with his. Deep behind his cool violet black eyes, a swift calculating mind began to understand, and that he wasn't going to be lonely for a long time.<1>
Epilogue
~~~~~~`~~@@~~'~~~~~~

Violet eyes looked up as their safe house door opened and shut, letting the frozen tundra's gusts in for mere moments. The fifth pilot stood there, unnaturally covered with shadows one did not think would have existed with the abundance of light that illuminated their small safe house.

"Ninmu kanryo?" Heero asked, turning slightly from his continuous typing momentarily.

Wufei stepped forward, gracefully slipping from the shadows and he smiled slightly. "Ninmu kanryo." He replied.

Long fingers wove themselves into chestnut stands and Duo squinted at the raven haired boy. "You okay there, Wu-man?"

Black orbs blinked, almost sultry in Duo's humble opinion and a soft tenor purred out. "Perfectly fine, Duo. The mission was better than expected."

"The ship?" Heero inquired.

"Hm? Oh, destroyed." Wufei replied casually, striding past the couch. Lilac orbs focused intensely on the Chinese pilot. "You seem strange tonight, more relaxed than norm, Wu-man. You sure you're alright?"

Xellos's lessons started working their majik and Wufei smiled, tilting his head to the side slightly. A few stray and shorter strands brushed themselves casually over onyx eyes. "I'm sure." Then after a pause he decided on something. "Actually, I could use some help, a bullet or two nicked me, and it would be easier if someone could dislodge them. . ."

"I'll help ya, Wu-man." Duo said, standing up.

"Arigato, Duo." Wufei replied, thought Duo swore those words were purred. "I'll be in the bathroom washing off the blood."

"I'll be there in a few minutes. . ." Duo nodded, watching as the Chinese boy slid out of the room and towards the bathroom. Violet eyes drinking in every move. Turning, he noticed Heero looking at him strangely.

"Maa, jealous Hee-chan?" Duo grinned, strutting over and pressing a chaste kiss to his lover's lips.

"Hn." The brown haired boy glared.

Wufei merely grinned, and silently slid the bathroom's door closed. Removing his over coat and tang top, he merely produced two bullets from his coat pocket and turned to the mirror. The next question was where to place them. . . Oh, yes. . .

He pressed one into his left shoulder, twisting his finger and bullet under his flesh and muscle, and ordered his body to stop healing immediately. He pulled down his pants and pushed the other bullet into his inner thigh. The full convenience of that one was rather apparent. . . He was sure Duo-kun wasn't going to catch on.

His sensitive ears picked up the rustling of clothes coming towards him. He refastened his pants, and checked the mirror, smiling his black violet slit, transformed into mere mortal orbs of coal black.

He opened the door as Duo's fist rose. "Yeesh. . . Those look bad, Wu-man. . ." Duo appraised, noticing the blood on the boy's leg and upper arm. You must have been going on some adrenaline to not notice those. Sit down, ol' Duo will take care of them. . ."

And as the braided boy worked, onyx orbs slitted, and rosebuds lips formed something the other pilot's had never seen on the Chinese boy's face, a sexually malicious grin. The door quietly closed and locked with Duo none the wiser. . . After all, it was more fun to play with them before he took what he wanted. . . Such a delicious feast he had been given from the perfect soldier's anger and jealousy. . .

"Okay, drop your pants Wu. . . I hafta get the other bullet out. . ." a rich, American accented voice drawled. And Wufei complied and let those pale fingers touch him. He easily maintained his control. His thoughts drifted as his mind whispered into the other's "Omae wa ore no mono da. . .Duo-kun. . ."

Duo felt his blood run cold and shivers run down his spine. "You say something Wu?"

"Hm?" Wufei drawled out casually.

"You say something?" Duo asked again.

"No, Duo." Not out loud, my pretty one. . . Wufei replied. The tension and uneasiness swirling about the American pilot in such delicious patterns.

"Aa. . ." Duo nodded, and went back to his comrades wounds, but the feeling didn't go away. . .

Xellos smiled, watching the boy with his master back in her domain.

"He is a remarkable child, Xellos. . . So good and obedient." Zellas praised, watching the delicate control the Chinese boy used over the other two boys. "I think he will be a wonderful addition to our agenda."

"Indeed. . ." Xellos agreed. "You almost feel sorry for them. . ."

"Ah, the other pilots? Well, they can live for a good long while, after all. . .Wufei did have some very valid points about them. . ." Zellas grinned. "And what tangled webs that boy will weave. . ."

Duo turned to look at his sleeping lover. . . Heero was deep in slumber. Duo couldn't place it, but his mind prickled with something. . . Something he couldn't place, and it had all started with Wufei's return. . .

But it was Wufei. . . And they didn't have to worry about the Chinese boy, he was one of them. . .

So why did it feel as if the enemy just got closer than comfort to home?

Owari. . .
